4 June 2018: Notification of acceptance

23 June 2018: Early Bird registration deadline

Final registration deadline: Friday 7th September
Due to security procedures, we cannot guarantee participation in the dinner for registrations received after this date

7 October 2018: Deadline for the final full paper

Due to a large trade fair in Berlin at the time of the Symposium we strongly encourage attendees to book their hotel as soon as possible.
